Who we are

Coffee & Treats is an independent publication run by HA8 ehf. from Iceland, a country that takes its coffee seriously, not least on dark winter mornings.

We started the site for home coffee lovers: people who want their morning cup to taste as good as the one from their favourite café, without a barista course or a wall of jargon. We are curious, slightly obsessive about grind size and ratios, and happiest when a small change turns a bitter cup into a great one. That is what we try to share: clear methods, honest equipment advice and the occasional sweet treat to go with your coffee.
